    For NDIS the prices for services and travel will be set according to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

  • No, you don’t need a referral to see us. You can contact NeuroMind Physiotherapy directly to book an appointment.

    However, if you have a doctor’s referral, care plan, or hospital discharge summary, please share it with us — it helps us better understand your medical history and tailor your care.

    • Development of a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs

    • An initial treatment session to get you started straight away

    • Time to answer any questions and outline the next steps

    The focus is on understanding your situation, setting meaningful goals, and creating a plan that supports your independence, safety, and quality of life.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely — for example, loose pants, shorts, or activewear. Supportive footwear (like runners) is ideal if we’ll be working on balance or mobility.

    There’s no need for anything special — just clothing that lets you exercise and move safely during your session.

  • No long waiting lists — we aim to offer timely appointments, often within a week.
    Because we’re a mobile service, availability depends on location and scheduling, but we always do our best to accommodate urgent needs and provide continuity of care.

  • We offer flexible payment options to make things simple:

    • EFTPOS & credit card payments available at the time of your appointment

    • Invoices can be issued for NDIS, Home Care Packages, or plan managers

    • Private health insurance, we don’t use HICAPS. You’ll need to pay upfront, and we’ll provide you with a paid invoice to claim your rebate directly with your insurer

    • Self-funded clients can pay directly via card or bank transfer

    All payment and claiming options will be discussed upfront, so there are no surprises.
